Windows OS users must have the Microsoft Windows Media Player (version 6.4 or later) installed on your computer in order to participate in the webcast. Download now.

Test your system now, to determine if the Windows Media Player is installed on your computer. If you are able to play the Windows Media "Test" Video, your system is ready.

MAC OS OS 9 and OSX are both supported but due to limitations of both versions of the MAC operating system, users must manually advance slides using the "Prev" and "Next" buttons above. Use the "Next" timecode as a guide as to when the next slide should be changed. The presentation running timecode is displayed in the media player which is to the left of the main slide window. If you click on a slide thumbnail, you must also move the slider bar on the media player until you reach the "Current" timecode displayed under the slide you have you have just loaded in the main slide window.

MAC OSX users must have the Windows Media Player version 9 for MAC OSX installed on your computer. Download now.

MAC OS9 users must have the Windows Media Player version 7.1 for MAC installed on your computer. Download now.

If you are having trouble with the webcast, use the tools below:

  2. If you incorrectly selected MAC OSX, before you loaded this player, try loading the AACR player for OS 9 (Classic).
